In recent years, the efficient use of government information resources has becomea major bottleneck in the e-government project construction. The data exchanging andsharing system can be structured by referring to two national standards of governmentinformation resource catalog system "(GB/T21063-2007) and government informationresources exchange system (GB/T21062-2007). The data offered sometimes don’tsatisfy the request, this may cause the phenomenon of underlying database of city-levelturning into “dead database”, infrequently using of shared data and so on. That how toensure the data be updated and given in time and "service-oriented" and how to improvethe efficient use of the shared data, so as to enhance the value of E-governmentInformation Sharing Platform, has been the main problem of the industry; With themature of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), how to integrate the data extract,transform and loading from DW, so as to enhance the service capabilities of theplatform.Of this thesis is the study of the government information resources sharing modelto the data fusion technology and its services in the e-government information resourcessharing exchange system into the main object of study, in-depth analysis of the theoryand related e-government exchange of basic information sharing detailed discussion andresearch on the basis of the technical principles, data fusion technologyService-Oriented Architecture (SOA) design of e-government information sharingservice platform model. Mainly as follows:1. Research data fusion technology and service-oriented architecture SOA, thefoundation of the city-level task-based data fusion model. Data conversion, split thedata, data aggregation, fusion process of data services to achieve rapid integrationservices for government basic data release, to improve the efficient use of the shareddata.2. The design and implementation of the project based on data fusion technology,e-government information sharing service platform. Data processing services model andSOA architecture design, e-government information sharing service platform based on data fusion technology. The platform basis data, share information resourcesmanagement, through the integration of e-government to meet the demand fore-government information resources sharing.
