Social security is the people’s livelihood. With the gold insurance project,especially the full implementation of application of network information securitymonitoring, data resource is more and more abundant accumulation of social securitydepartment. How to make full use of these data resources, information and rules behindthe data implied, to provide comprehensive, comprehensive, accurate decision-makinginformation for the decision-making layer, providing a scientific basis for thedevelopment of the social security policy, is becoming more and more important.This paper illustrates how to use modern information technology to support socialsecurity macro decision-making, through the establishment of data warehouse, businessanalysis model, multidimensional data model, ETL model, a rich display of ways tosolve this problem.This paper briefly describes the research background of social security macrodecision support system and macro decision-making technology status and developmenttrend, analyzes the social security the main demand of macro decision-making faces, todesign the overall framework, macro decision-making system of data warehouse,multidimensional data model, ETL, and the system realization and test are introduced,finally the social security macro decision-making system is the summary and outlook.
