The Design And Implementation Of Broadcasting Data Line Management System

Data service as a kind of telecom value-added service has been thetelecommunication operator’s one of important source of revenues. In recent years,along with the development of radio and television industry, the digital data service canget a share from the fierce market competition. Providing customer with good servicehas become a central concept of radio and television companies. While the currentbroadcasting business management system is designed for the traditional analogtelevision business, not aimed to the complex situation that customers and market areintegrated together. These information systems usually have three shortcomings：(1)They lack the unified customer views；(2) They can’t classify the customers andpersonalize marketing；(3) The bussiness that they can deal with are always simple andthey can’t finish difficult bussiness. So these systems are unable to meet therequirements of new services which are emerging quickly.In this background, the radio and television business data management systemswith workflow technology emerge for the market require. In this paper, we center thecontents by the development of the workflow management system, and design andimplement the system.This system is a management information system which can deal with thebroadcast television business including data line business acceptance, maintenance,charging and customer relationship management. The system combines the actualbusiness in Shaoxing County branch and separates the business process from thebusiness functions, allowing the customers to adjust the business processes to improvethe efficiency of enterprise business processes Recombination. Our system can improvethe radio and television enterprises’ work efficiency and the competition ability byspeeding up the enterprise’s response to the rapid change of market demands.Our system is based on Asp.net platform and uses the B/S architecture. The SQLServer relational database is chosen for the database manager system. The whole designof the data line manager system is guided by the modularization theory. This paperanalyses the design of special business application, user management, billing management, query statistics, work order management, job flow monitoring, and suchon, and then describes them in details from the system function, flow chart and systemimplementation three aspects.At the end of the paper, a summary for the designing, development andapplication of the whole system is made, and some suggestions for further improvementare proposed.
