The use of advanced technology has putforward higher requirements for government staff. At this stage, there is a large part ofgovernment workers who lack of awareness of e-government; there is superficialunderstanding of e-government security concerns and lack of awareness of laws andregulations, And there are a great number of older staff on information technology tomaster not enough skilled, in order to improve the level of information of these peopleand in order to better carry out e-government work, the government informationtechnology teaching staff to become solved issue. Daily work of government staff busy,difficult to find a fixed time at a fixed place to learn, so online learning to be the bestchoice.In this paper from the government staff knowledge of electronic informationneeds to be improved and there is no fixed time everyday busy studying thiscontradiction, this paper presents the development of online teaching system ofgovernment staff in information technology education. This paper the design andimplementation of e-government online teaching system using JavaEE platform, usingJSP technology achieve development. The main purpose of the network teachingsystem is to make government workers, without pumping a fixed time to a fixed placeof learning knowledge and operational skills of the e-government, so that they can beanywhere, anytime learning. Through online teaching system to take full advantage ofthe multimedia teaching resources, increase the interactive nature of the teachingprocess, and can greatly reduce the teaching fee, comply with the central advocatereducing administrative expenditure requirements.According to preliminary research and analysis, we have established that onlineteaching system is mainly working for the government to provide e-governmentknowledge for assessment of learning outcomes and teaching system. Governmentstaff as a student can learn knowledge of e-government through the system t, access toe-government resources, participate in online assessment and check test scores.Teachers can use the system to complete the course publishing, data upload, course schedule control, test creation, test papers compiled and performance management. Asa system administrator has special privileges, whose main duty is to ensure that thesystem can correct and stable operation, the system administrator with functionsinclude system parameter settings, log management, role management, and databasemanagement.
