With the rapid development of computer and the progress of network technology,the information society is produced.Information technology is gradually penetrated intovarious fields, such as the educational resources management system. The educationalresources network platform can provide a deal of services for teachers and students onthe basis of the construction of educational resources.Generally speaking, the educationresources sharing is truly realized.Some problem is discussed and resovled in review of education resourcemanagement platform from domestic and international in this paper.The basic educationresources information platform is constructed according to studies and analyzes thecurrent stage and development trend of education resources in the Universal Usedmiddle School of Kunshan based on web. It combines with the most widely used modelof network teaching and the latest research results in the world, such as database,network architecture, software platform, software development tools and the systemframework analyze and design method. In view of China’s educational technologystandard, there are many factors affectting them and the main causes include learners,content, related data and metadata of management system,integrated media resource andsoftware.Therefore,the aspect of these would be considered in advance. The systemarchitecture and software and hardware platform is proposed based on the B/S model.The system flow diagram and function model is established combined with computerhardware and software and the corresponding design principle of management system isgiven.In the process of system structure design, the main class and database structures isobtainen by the oriented method. In addition, a set teaching resources managementsystem is also developed by use of IDE development tool based on the B/S model.TheBrowser/Server architecture can divided into three layer, the presentation layer, businesslogic layer and data access layer. In the process of the system implementation, thespecific timing diagram of the main function modules are described in detail, C#Lanague was used to programe and a way to handle the large data by SQL Serverdatabase. The Function of the educational resources management system include: resource directory tree browsing, retrieval, resource browse and download, backgroundmanagement system, resource reviews, users and permissions management, resourceupload, import and export of all kinds resources.The education resources management system development in this paper canprovide a platform for students and teachers to acieve sharing resources, the purpose ofzero distance between teachers and students is also realized. The results of applicationrevealed that the system is benefit to enhance the teaching effect and the work efficiency.The system performance test by use of testing tool reveals that the average responsetime can get0.005seconds under100user’s operation, which has a friendly interface,basically meet the needs of users.
