Research And Analysis On Teaching Resource Management System Of Huida Middle School In Huizhou City

Nowadays,many fundamental schools depend on manual operation and single-line contact to manage teaching resources. The teaching information exchange among school’s departments, subjects, teachers, and between students and teachers respectively goes on their own ways or fights alone, which worsen the situation of using teaching resources. Thus resources can not be shared truly and their value can not be demonstrated. Therefore, in terms of teaching resources management, the staff inventing software should make innovation and development to integrate instructional resource system and serve better for the modern and new teaching system.The dissertation introduces the research background, research meaning and presents application situation of the instructional resource management system of Huizhou Yan Da Middle School, and clarifies the content and study process of there search, As for business analysis, the dissertation makes an analysis on problems of the system, organizational structure and former business process, and then works out an optimized process. As for function analysis, through case study and case description, the dissertation makes clear the system’s function and gives out the system’s overall function picture and sub-function picture, including instructional resource management, network course management, catalogue index, assignment management, inquiry management and system management. In terms of data analysis, the dissertation does analysis on the statistics that need to be dealt with by system functions, works out entity class diagram, and establishes table structure of database. In the end, the dissertation makes a conclusion on the study and the analysis, and expresses expectation for further study.
