The Design And Realization Of General Financial Management System For Medium And Small Enterprise

With the rapid development of information technology, the management of modernenterprises is changing rapidly. The internet and information technology has become thedirection, and this requires the enterprises to adapt to this change. The financemanagement system is designed for the management of account, finance managementand supervise and money usage. It plays a vital role in enterprise management. Thispaper analyses HongLing International Trading CO., LTD management requirements,make sure the goal of its finance management, offered a solution for this financeinformation management system, at last gave a design for each component of thissystem and make it runnable.This system is based on J2EE technology with the characteristics of opening, crossplatform and extendable. It uses the classic3layer architecture, makes the UI layer,business layer and data persistent layer seperate with each other, so this can make surethe agility and effectiveness of the development. With the new generation of Java WebService engine XFire to be the framework of Web Service, which is based on SimpleObject Access Protocol. It’s easy to implement and can offer many advanced functionsof Web Service’s standards.The main work of this paper is to analyze the company’s finance managementsystem’s requirements, and then points out the goal and purpose of this system. Basedon these requirements we designed a finance information management informationincluding five major components: Voucher Management, Account Management, ReportManagement, Base Setting Management and System Administration Management. Atlast we implement this system and it runs well.The ultimate purpose of this project is to enable the company’s manger andaccountants to know the finance information by using it, and at the same time save alarge amount of time by minimizing operation process. The system can decrease thework of accountant by automatically calculating, analyzing, categorizing all kinds offinance information and produce the finance report. On the other hand it can help usersto search the information about income, outcome and profit, help the managers to understand the finance conditions of all departments, notice issues and respond tomarket quickly.
