The analysis of electronic equipment in vibration is the necessary process ofmilitary electronic equipment in the study of the dynamic characteristics. As the specialenvironment, the request of military electronic in vibration-proof performance ishigher.Power-supply module is an important part of missile.When missile is working,power-supply module are shocked by vibration, centrifugal forces, all kinds ofmechanical stress produced by the friction interference.So numerical simulation methodand seismic design of power-supply module become one of the most important parts ofdesign.The dynamic characteristics of the power-supply module were studied in this paper.Specific contents are as follows:1. Equivalent modeling method based on modal frequency was studied,what’smore, its process is parameterized. We can extracted a particular or several frequency toget equivalent modeling based on specific needs.2. PCBA finite element modeling method was studied, including the modelsimplifying, connection process, constraints, and the grid control, etc. The finite elementmodel of power-supply module was established and the numerical simulation analysiswas finished.3. Modal experimental method was studied. In this paper, both method of transientexcitation and sine scanning method are applied to power-supply module modal. Theexperimental results and computational simulation results are contrasted, the equivalentmodeling method and the finite element modeling were verified to be appropriate forpower-supply module.4. Power-supply module design parameters was studied by the sensitivity of themodal and random response analysis respectively from two aspects in order to getdesign parameters on the structural seismic performance. The basis of the seismicdesign for power-supply module is provided.5. Seismic design for power-supply module was studied. The seismic designingscheme include increasing thickness of the PCB, adding screw and fixed support in first-order modal maximum.The comprehensive seismic design and analysis wassummarized in this paper.
