The performance of the electronic cabinet has an important influence on the service life and reliability of the internal electronic equipment.HyperWorks is the main analytical tool this thesis.The research object is an 19-inch standard cabinet,it's seismic behavior has been studied and got the influence of components on seismic performance of cabinet,provide a reference basis for cabinet design.The main content of this topic is divided into the following parts:1.This paper presents the research object of this subject and introduces the research status and development trend of the communication cabinet.2.This paper introduces the theoretical content of this research institute,based on the theory of mechanical vibration and the finite element method,and establishes the mathematical model of the dynamic analysis of the cabinet structure.3.According to the institute of communications cabinets sample with 3 d modeling software Pro/E modeling was carried out on the rack,imported into the mesh of hypermesh,focuses on the boundary conditions and the establishment of the connection relationship,to establish the finite element model,the research analysis.4.The model,boundary conditions and the validity of the connection are verified by experiments.5.With cabinet of the finite element model is established to analyze seismic performance research,mainly studied the following aspects of content: the influence of brace add on seismic performance of cabinet,got can improve the seismic performance of the best cabinet brace connection mode and put way;The influence of the installation stiffness on the bottom part of the installation site to the seismic performance of the cabinet is provided for reference to the design of the cabinet.The influence of the thickness of the stand column,inner column,pallet and side beam on the seismic performance of the cabinet.
