Design And Implementation Of The Dense Electronic Document Management System

Secret document management is a highly integrated technology to the managementof secret files. Its main role is optimizing the daily work of secret department, andforming a reasonable document management platform. Digital watermarkingtechnology with highly flexibility, easy management，as the carrier of secret documentproperty information, is playing a very important role especially in the tracking dataprocessing. Thus, with the development of information technology, it is an importantresearch direction to develop digital watermarking technology as the carrier of the secretdocument property information in document management automation.Secret document management include process control, watermarking informationadd and read, data storage、processing and display. At present, in the area of secret filemanagement, there are few outcomes of the digital watermark for secret filemanagement, so, both theory and practical have many challenges.This thesisr focuses on the secret file management system’s background andresearch status, analyzing the needs of the secret document management and therealization and integration of its various functions. Also, we studied the managementand project decomposition by the software engineering, completed designed andrealized secret document system which meets the file flow need completely. the thesis’smain contribution include:1. Through study and analysis foreign policy on the management of securityclassification，the relevant laws and regulations, and discussed with reference, thisthesis design the secret file management system software requirements.2. By understanding the needs, provide complete management system softwarearchitecture with a strong expansion, which support further development on multipleelectronic file formats.3. Provide secret document management system data storage solutions.4. Applied Software Engineering project decomposition and project management,implement the system software as further study of digital water marking’s platform, the next step will be the study of media formats digital watermarking technology.
