Abstract/Summary:
Performance pay management has become a difficult problem in many highervocational colleges with the reform of it in colleges and universities. It has become anurgent requirement in Sichuan College of Architectural Technology (SCAT) to introducescientific management theory and modern information technology, to apply moderncomputer internet technology, and build a management exchange platform for personaldepartment, teaching staff and the level of managerial decision though this system,promoting more standardization and modernization between performance evaluationand collecting, managing information of salary.The design target in performance pay management system is to realize computerassistant management for SCAT. It means improving the recent performance paymanagement system form, advancing the efficiency in order to enhance informationalability on personal salary management. This system will adopt modular and structureddesign. It is set as nine basic functional models with system user management, staffinformation management, work quantity management, performance assessmentmanagement, basic performance management, merit performance management, staffsalary information, staff rewards and punishment management and staff advice response.Each model can be mutual on information communication, function independence. Thesystem is satisfied with system extending and maintaining needs in internet extending,function increasing and items expanding.This thesis takes procedure oriented developing technology as the key technologyof the system. It uses MyEclipse developing tool and Java programming languagedepending on browser\server model as development platform. Through structuralizingquery language, it will realize data base security strategy. Basing on the establishedJSP+MySQL developing model, it will achieve all kinds of function with using websitedesign technology, data base, internet methods and approaches. In the process of thisproject, it has passed TOMCAT design, achievement and debugging in localmanagement system.SCAT performance pay management system can be satisfied with all kinds of clients’ management requirement through its functions of performance pay informationcommunication based on internet platform, delivery and management. Since theconvenience for collecting information and management in this system, it has realizedcollecting information scientific, managing methods modernization.SCAT Performance Pay Management Design and Implementation complies with thereform of Performance Pay Management, meets the realistic demands of performancepay reform and management in higher vocational colleges, and reaches the intendedtarget of developing this system. It could be improved constantly in using process andthe concept of design could be developed continually in the practice process ofperformance pay management.
