| This paper is based on the actual applications require avionics system, combiningwith the design of the module production process, through the analysis and research ofembedded system design theory and high speed serial circuit design theory, and finallyachieve a can in the embedded environment work performance, high speed serialinterface, the unified interconnection network of the airborne FC interface module.Based on the embedded system design process to make the analysis and research,the embedded system on the overall structure, design features and related hardware andsoftware of the design method. Secondly according to this paper interface module canrealize various bus interface characteristics, more detailed analysis of the fiber channel(FC) interface agreement characteristic and related design method. And then is the corepart, namely the embedded hardware platform design, including the general framework,the key device selection, circuit principle diagram design, circuit PCB design of signalintegrity. The circuit principle diagram design part elaborated on FPGA configurationcircuit, clocking circuit and reset circuit, FLASH memory circuit, power system circuit,peripheral interface circuit (including FC interface circuit and JTAG interface circuit)design method; Circuit PCB design is laminated respectively, layout, wiring the actualdesign on narrative, and in the light of high speed differential signal, high speed clocksignal of the signal integrity problems are analyzed. Finally, the hardware modulesproduce hardware test, building the embedded system test platform, hardware flow fileloading to FPGA inside, then module curing bootload procedures, operating systemand application, in the Tornado environment comprehensive docking port modulecircuit debugging, and confirmed after the module interface transmission functionverification to bit error rate is10-12level requirement.Test results this research embedded airborne high speed circuit system satisfiesthe initial design expectations. |
