With the development of information technology and its application in militarystruggle, the modern war has entered the age of electronic warfare and the informationwarfare. However, in the electronic warfare, the most important and the mostchallenging aspects of the content that is electronic countermeasures, mainly electronicjamming technology. According to the principle of the jamming signal, active jammingcan be divided into repressive jamming and deceptive jamming. In a modern war, thosewho can dominate in the electronic countermeasures, it is basically to decide theoutcome of the war.As an important part of the war, to complete a series of complex processes ofjamming in a system, you must use the power management technology, otherwise, theeffectiveness of jamming system will be get lower. Power management is mainly usedin the frequency domain, time domain, airspace and power domain, especially on thebasis of resources sharing, which in airspace, frequency domain and time domain, thatusing the optimal power management mode to achieve the best effect of jamming. Aswe know, in many cases, power management of jamming is the management of thejamming resources.In this paper, I study several kinds of assignment algorithm of radar jammingresources, and there is a careful study of the largest element resource allocationalgorithm, drawn that this is a good method for resource allocation. The work is inVisual Studio2008development environment for programming and compiling, use theQt development framework to build the simulation interface. It can generate differentjamming efficiency matrix by changing the interface of input parameters to get theoptimal allocation of jamming resources with the largest element method.Finally, I discuss that now more and more widely used of the radar network andthe power optimization of distribution of jamming, that different power allocationbased on different fusion rules of the radar network, to achieve the best result.
