Digital Radio Frequency Memory(DRFM) is a key component of the electronicjamming system, it can generate various kinds of jamming signal by capturing andreproducing the received signal accurately. With the development of high resolutionand anti-jamming technology of radar, wideband radar is widely used, and researchon DRFM bandwidth-expand technique is more and more important.Channelization is one of the important methods to expand the system bandwidth,this thesis is focused on the channelized DRFM technology. The basic principles ofDRFM are studied. DRFM system structures using different kinds of quantizationmethods are compared. Several kinds of DRFM storage ways are discussed.Specifications of DRFM are given. The principle and the structures of channelizedDRFM system are studied. The pure-channelized and the adaptive band foldingchannelized DRFM are discussed and simulated. The influences of the parametersof channelized DRFM on restoring the radar signal are simulated and analyzed.Based on the radar jamming theory, the methods of jamming signal generation fromthe channelized DRFM system are studied. The differences between the dense falsetargets signal generated by two different structures are simulated and analyzed. Thecharacteristics and application of two kinds of structure are compared anddiscussed. |
