TD-SCDMA(Time Division-Synchronization Code Division Multiple Access) standard israised by DatangTelecom Group, which have been acceded as one of theinternational standards for the Third Generation Partnership Project by the ITU(International Telecommunication Union). Its R&D has been Received a high degreeof attention,many of the key technology has become a hot research field at home andabroad.Dynamic channel allocation techniques(DCA)is one of the key technologies inTD-SCDMA system,excellent DCAalgorithm can give full play to the characteristics of flexible resources allocation in TD-SCDMA system and obtain the best resourcesutilization in the downstream traffic, based3G services. DCA is divided into a slowdynamic channel allocation(SDCA)and fast dynamic channel allocation (FDCA). In TD-SCDMA system,the main task of the slow dynamic channel allocation is tocBxry OUt the resources distribution among various cells, allocate and adjust the uplinkand downlink resouTces according to the asymmetric traffic, SO that the transmissioncapacity and traffic is match to get the best spectral efficiency.This paper research on the slow DCA algorithm in TD-SCDMA system,proposea cell merger method, introduce and improve the genetic algorithm of artificialintelligence to achieve the slow dynamic channel allocation optimization, ultimatelymaximize resource utilization.
