TD-SCDMA is China's independent intellectual property rights of third-generation mobile communication standard, and its R & D by domestic and international attention, many of the key technology has become a hot research at home and abroad. Dynamic channel allocation (DCA) is the TD-SCDMA system, one of the core technology, excellent DCA algorithm can give full play to TD-SCDMA system features a flexible allocation of resources, so that the system for optimum resource utilization, thereby enhancing the capacity of the system.In 3G mobile communication systems, multimedia data services has become the principal business of 3G networks, the business is characterized by the uplink and downlink radio resource demand is asymmetric, symmetric, if based upon the allocation of resources will cause the system to the wireless resources waste. TD-SCDMA system dynamic channel allocation technology with flexibility to allocation uplink and downlink time slots to adapt to the asymmetric data services of the multi-cell enviroment, but TDD systems will have unique cross-slot interference. how to allocate resources for the different needs of the business, inhibit the cross-slot interference DCA technology TD-SCDMA system, the key problem to solve. The above problems, this TD-SCDMA system for dynamic channel allocation techniques exist for in-depth research, quality of service to meet business objectives as the prerequisite, make full use of the system wireless resources, while reducing the cross-slot interference on the system. There are two main aspects:1. For multi-cell downlink slot allocation problem, there are two options, one is for all residential services in the region are assigned the same uplink and downlink time slots, can effectively avoid the system to produce cross-slot, but the system resources utilization is not high; the other is to ensure that the heavier the load cell of resource utilization, and load weight around the district with the same cell slot allocation, local improve resource utilization. In this paper, TD-SCDMA system, the physical characteristics of many small single slot allocation is carried out by mathematical analysis. Launched a cell slot assignment is subject to the conditions of another cell, based on this condition, an improved hot cell slot allocation strategy to maximize resource utilization as a precondition, according to the business situation, effectively reduced the number of cross-slot.2. If dynamically allocated according to the business situation of cell up and down the line of resources can improve spectrum efficiency, but will have crossed slot. For the cross-slot interference, this paper analyzes the TD-SCDMA in the system causes cross-slot interference, the DCA algorithm based on region segmentation are analyzed and improved, the introduction of cross-slot in the mobile station and base station under mathematical model of the normal communication, so that cross-slot without affecting the system capacity under the premise has been used. Under cross-slot to ensure that the quality of service users, but also to improve the system spectrum efficiency.The simulation involved in the up and down on this time slot allocation strategies and cross-slot interference based DCA algorithm simulation results show that the proposed scheme can improve the system resource utilization, reduce cross-slot interference generated.
