As the conveyor belt in the production enterprise is used more and more widely,the conveyor belt breakage detection has become a business concern, according todamage phenomenon on the conveyor belt, accurate, rapid detection of surfacedefects, which are directly related to the conveyor belt conveyor life cycle and quality,if not timely to eliminate these defects, will bring security risks. Therefore, how toimprove the conveying belt breakage recognition rate and recognition speed, reducethe amount of computation is worthy of study, X-ray digital radiographic imagingdetection technology developed on the basis of X-ray and ray also has become theimportant industrial nondestructive detection technology and quality evaluationmethods of detecting field, for the conveyer belt. In the process, how to real-time byfluoroscopy to effectively find and timely repair of conveyor belt wear information,so as to enhance the delivery operation time, improve production management level,lower cost of production is very necessary. But the current conveyor belt breakagedetection system, is often the single take a technology to realize, has considerablelimitations.This thesis, based on the Internet of things as the foundation, with the aidof image recognition technology and-ray technology, three key technologies ofintegrated transport study, a more practical industrial application of the beltbreakage detection system. This article first at home and abroad on the conveyor beltbreakage detection technique was studied, on the basis of this, an analysis of thebasic theory and basic technology, and the transmission based on IOT belt breakageand measured analysis of feasibility analysis and the demand of control system, clearthe main functions of the control system design needs to be implemented; and is theoverall architecture design and detailed design of the system, emphasize the systemsmain modules, database structure, safety design; finally is to use RFID technology,image processing algorithm of this system, and6development language for thecomplete realization of the use of VC++, the requirement analysis and the mainfunction of the established.The study of this system, by using computer imageprocessing technology and advanced network technology of RFID, can let users according to image information for the diagnosis and assessment of object isdetected, which has been in the conveyor belt running real-time detection andjudgment on the conveyor belt to wear information and effective repair measures laya solid foundation, and such damage detection system, can not only enrich theindustrial area of the conveyor belt breakage detection in computer control systemtheory, but also can further reduce the production cost, raise production efficiency.
