Surface electromyography (sEMG) reflects the producing process of bioelectricity signal in the muscle activities, as well as the co-generated potential shift of muscle fibers’movements. Measuring Surface electromyography would be help to clinical research. Furthermore, it also plays a significant role in pathological diagnosis, rehabilitation engineering, prosthesis development, physiology and neurology.This article aims to experimentize bicipital muscle of arm forearms warping movements. The design of Surface electromyography analysis system is consisted of electromyographic signal conditioning circuit and the Lab VIEW software collecting and analyzing system. In order to collect better and accurate electromyographic signal, this experiment not only adopts dual-motor and original-designed PCB circuit board in the hardware circuit, but also adds function of isolation, filters and amplifiers in conditioning circuit. The collected electromyographic signal will be transmitted from single chip microcomputer to upper computer, and then analyzed by software.Due to Lab VIEW software, this analysis system mainly involves waveform collecting interface, login user interface, tester general information interface and signal preprocessing interface, myoelectricity fatigue analysis interface. Not only is this design able to avoid interception and modification of tester personal information, but also presents visualized signal on computers. Moreover, the general information registration plays a supporting role in subsequent muscle fatigue analysis so that the process of classifying and fetching effective information can be more comprehensive and specific. By using signal collecting time-domain indice and Fourier transform frequency-domain indices, which are obtained by LabVIEW software, the change of electromyographic signal and iEMG can be collected and analyzed, on which based Electromyographic Fatigue Threshold (EMGFT) is found by statistical analysis of myoelectricity fatigue degree.
