Amplification conversion circuit, also known as the I/F conversion circuit, when the rated constant current source signal is input into the amplification conversion circuit board, the corresponding frequency of the pulse signal output from the circuit board. For example:the input current of 1 mA, the output frequency is 500HZ, if the input current of 10 mA, the output frequency is 5KHZ. Amplification conversion circuit was widely used in the missile control circuit. A Research Institute commissioned this project will be developed a Amplification conversion circuit test equipment to meet the zoom transform circuit board debug and test requirements.A wide range of frequency pulse signal output from the I/F circuit, for this pulse signal can be accurate measuremented.On the basis of the analysis of domestic and international testing platform construction methods, this paper has designed a zoom transform circuittest system.the use of IPC and 32 of the counting board and A/D board to build the hardware test platform, using 7651 constant current source to provide a precise constant current signal for I/Fconversion circuit.This test system is design and implement the power supply andvoltage/current monitoring circuit, the time reference pulse signal generator circuit,signal isolation circuit, and so on. The software development environment for this test system is the Labview8.5.0 Professional Developer Edition. Software design and debugging are completed by Labview8.5.0, all test and control functions of the hardware configuration and the entire system is implemented, and use LabSQL to the completion of a database query, display and print.Traditional zoom transform circuit board circuit test method is manual testing, due to heavy workload, and operate non-standard, likely to cause measurement error. This paper presents an automatic test system solutions, and use database to save the test data, analysis and display,improve the test speed and reliability.Under the premise of guaranteeing reliability,the test system can achieve static frequency measurements, the use of the counter board, data acquisition card and Lab VIEW graphical programming software can shorten the project development cycle, and effectively improve the accuracy of measurement of frequency, the relative error of 0.03%.By the on-site debugging and trial of the system, it is proved that the system is running stable, and achieves all functionality as expected. It presents that the design has positive meaningful to improve the rapidity of testing circuit board and ensures the quality of product.
