In this thesis elaborated the key issues of the open shearersintelligent control system of the overall design, hardware selection and system designsolutions.Based on the actual working conditions of open shearer, design parameters of thehardware of the electronic control system (PLC, IPC, soft starters, inverters, intelligentmotor protectors, etc.) more selection, circuit design:1) the design of the the open shearers intelligent control system overall program.Including hardware and software; complete in terms of hardware PLC modules, eachpowered devices, each sensor selection, design control schematics. In terms of software,completed the PLC programming and debugging, configuration software Kingview hostcomputer interface design, commissioning work.2) PLC programming with a feature-rich CoDeSys programming language, the use offunction blocks, one by one in order to achieve the system’s requirements.3) the PC monitoring interface design, the use of domestic Kingview software, thesoftware Chinese interface, and the ability to control the function and RS485communication, set as one of the display and control functions, easy to learn and use.Open shearer intelligent control system final design through process control, automaticcycle coal mining, transportation.
