Today to build corporate image and brand visual communication means is inseparable from the VI design, while the traditional VI forms are mostly static way of presenting. In recent years, television comprehensive popularization, Growth of the audience、multimedia communication advantage makes the mainstream transition of TV media, And the progress of technology, the intensification of competition and the aesthetic requirements of ascension is to promote Ⅵ-design visual communication means change update. TV channel packaging design is a traditional planar VI design and has a broad, efficient, comprehensive audio-visual advantage of the television media combined, a dynamic visual image communication mode propagation characteristics and gradually extended.The paper starts with the concept of Ⅵ design, expounds the elements, VI design forms, characteristics and in the development of the media in the evolution, and more specific research on the present situation and the means of different media of visual communication. This paper is focused on the analysis of static vision of traditional Ⅵ communication form to convey necessary forms and manifestations of extended to dynamic visual applications in TV media. And further expounds in TV media,Ⅵ design extension to channel package content in system and plays an important role in the dynamics of visual communication design. Discusses how to use dynamic visual advantage to enrich the TV channel packaging design, to make it more effective for channel packaging services, better play the dynamic visual image of the charm, can be more profound show channel image and establish the channel brand. I combine their own teaching and design practice, theoretical research combined with channel packaging typical case to undertake concrete analysis, summarize the dynamic extension of form and development trend of VI design system in the channel in packaging, and attempt to induce the television image recognition system (TIS) architecture and specification.
