With the development of computer network technology, enterprise information construction becomes more and more important, the information is not only the trend, it is the only way which must be passed of enterprise development. Small and medium-sized enterprises in the start at the beginning, the main use of the funds in’the production, sales and other links, hard to take care of the global informatization construction, expensive servers prices and escalating demand makes hardware construction obviously lag.Business expansion needs a set of perfect functions of the OA system, this study used ASP.NET and Sql Server2008technology to design OA system, function module, the circulation of documents, human resource management, schedule, news management, asset management, internal forum module16. Can basically meet the daily office requirements of small and medium-sized enterprises, the development of enterprises need to run a stable business growth and with the escalation of the platform, informationization construction is the booster for the development of enterprises, and should not become a burden.The concept of cloud computing and technology innovation to solve this problem, provides a complete set of feasible solutions for the enterprise information construction. This paper research and comparison of several current mainstream cloud computing platform, focuses on the Windows Azure platform of Microsoft, using Visual Studio2010in the local simulation running environment of cloud, and attempt to deploy the system to the cloud, the comparison reference Microsoft current Windows Azure pricing system and the traditional OA cost, provides reference for the enterprise informatization construction.
