In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology and modern equipment, emerge as the times require the technology of the Internet of things. Building a modern commercial vehicle control system based on object technique is to order process of informatization, automation, networking, wireless and integration of the important guarantee and key support. Using ideas, concepts and methods of the of network comprehensively, using RFID technology, wireless sensor technology and private IaaS (infrastructure as a service) technology, this text has designed and implemented a commercial vehicle to order control system. The development of information technology and modernization of equipment and material foundation for progress and provide a way for manufacturing enterprise management modernization. The text centre on three layer architecture based on network structure, namely perceived extending layer, network layer and application layer services, has carried on the detailed design and implementation process of the commercial vehicle to order system.Firstly, according to the objectives and tasks for commercial vehicle to order system, abstract map static case to order system, and the sequence region and key points are described, which provides the requirement analysis design to order system.Secondly, the three layer architecture of Internet of things based on the thought, established commercial vehicle to order management platform in in the perception of extension theory model layer, application layer and application services layer. In the Internet of things perceived extension layer three layer architecture, detailed design and realizes remote transfer system of commercial vehicle; in the network layer, application of wireless sensor network related theoretical knowledge, guiding the design of commercial vehicle to topological structure of wireless sensor network order process design and the detection module in the application service layer,; application of private IaaS correlated theory to data resource sharing and information ordering process data management and control.Once again, the abnormal control aided design goal was proposed in this paper, the design and implementation of abnormal visual management, the visual anomaly information, information, realize centralized and real-time control of production abnormal information. The production of abnormal information collection provides a platform for the centralized processing, so that managers can collaboration command, the timely processing of abnormal production, greatly improve the production efficiency.Finally, using the above research results and theoretical basis, in reality to a certain enterprise as the pilot construction technique for commercial vehicle control system platform based on. The system platform mainly include abnormal visual remote subsystem, management subsystem, control subsystem and the report subsystem.Some of the research results have been in a commercial vehicle company get application system, improves the order transfer efficiency, reduce operating costs.
