Construction And Implementation Of Community Information Management System Based On Autocad Map3D

Though analysis, combing, classification, optimization and modification of the community management services, a community information and business management application (CIMS) has been built in this paper, which suited to the management services of community. It is based on the institution of "Functional departments responsible for the implementation, community office responsible for management, and based on community office" and the ideology of "Managing population according to the housing" for community management, and realized in the AutoCAD Map3D2008platform, by using the development language:C#. The CIMS is information-oriented, its main management body is community offices, and its management object is the information for residents, housing and land. The purpose of CIMS is to improve the quality of community information management, making community management precise, scientific and be informatization.This system is the daily work platform for community information management. It also is the entrance for collecting the community data that are about population, housing and land. And its basic geographic data are community topographic maps and property maps that are provided by the mapping units. The community office input attribute information for basic geographic data and manage these information by CIMS.In respect of the population management, the information of population, housing and land is contacted organically by CIMS, which is adapted to the corresponding relationship between population, housing and land. The CIMS uses the stability of the Housing and Land to manage population, which minimizing the adverse impact of population movement to the community population management.In this way the community population management has become more systematic and intuitive, and the process is much easier.In respect of the management and maintenance of the system information, the ranges and authorities of information management are divided reasonably by CIMS. This makes the community information management precise, systematic, the responsibilities and relationship between the community office and government functional departments reasonable.This paper is divided into six chapters. In first chapter, starting from a research background and significance of community information management, the author describes the community management study at home and abroad, explains the importance and urgency for the construction and implementation of community information management system. In second chapter, from institutional and technical foundation of building system, the paper introduces the theories and models of community information management, the selection of the system development environment. In third chapter, the author discusses how to build the database of CIMS in detail from the view of database construction. In fourth chapter, form System design and development, the paper explains the module functions, business processes, interface design and key codes of the CIMS. In fifth chapter, the author takes residential houses information as an example, test the CIMS and achieve effective results. In the last chapter, the paper summarizes the experience of the construction and implementation of the CIMS, and points out some deficiencies of the CIMS.
