In the present, Wireless sensor networks technology has been rapid development, It has a low cost, easy to deploy and quickly adapt to the harsh environment and so on. The WSN technology apply into industrial control field environment, industrial wireless network technology:WIA-PA (Wireless Networks for Industrial Automation-Process Automation) industrial control network brings great convenience, but also saves on the cost of many. WIA-PA network technology based on IEEE802.15.4standard for industrial process measurement, monitoring and control of the wireless network system. From WIA-PA logically layered, it is used (Mesh) Duplex combining topology network and star-type network (Start), the gateway (gateway) and the routing device (Router) constitute a logical Mesh layer, while field devices and routing equipment to form a star network can also be referred to as a cluster the routing device acts as the cluster head node.This paper introduces WIA-PA network technology features, analysis WIA-PA adopted security management, and several typical WSN distributed and clustering-style key management protocol, noting that they have advantages and disadvantages, such as:high storage requirements, network characteristics suited WIA-PA networks, and computational overhead and other issues. In the previous analysis of the proposed key management scheme based on through research WIA-PA network characteristics, we propose a WIA-PA networks based on clustering key management scheme. According to WIA-PA network characteristics, at the gateway to store a symmetric binary polynomial pool, by the gateway device is assigned to each route with a symmetric binary polynomial ID number, routing devices through symmetric binary polynomial consultations on key establish a secure link to ensure all WIA-PA network cluster head node can establish a secure link, and has a good key update, delete mechanism. In addition, using of improved μTESLA protocol sub regional broadcasting certification, WIA-PA layer two routing node clustering, and the WIA-PA network is divided into separate areas for broadcast authentication, reducing network overhead and improve the broadcast certified efficiency, security, and scalability of the whole network than the original broadcast better.At the end, thorough the theoretical and experimental simulation analysis, WIA-PA programs in the key storage, energy and safety tolerability advantages.
