With the rapid development of industrial Internet of Things,industrial wireless networks are gradually connected to the backbone of factories.Due to the traditional Ethernet using Carrier Sense Multiple Access with Collision Detection(CSMA/CD)in factory backbone network,data collision will result in bigger transmission delay and packet loss rate.In order to improve network performance,Time Sensetive Networking(TSN)was introduced to connect the communication between industrial field network and user management layer.Security is the basis for industrial wireless network field.The real-time and deterministic requirements of industrial wireless network will be different after accessing TSN.And security strategy will also affect the real-time and deterministic requirements.In order to balance security and real-time of the network,this thesis has designed a TSN data scheduling mechanism based on the security classification of industrial wireless network.The studies of the thesis are as follow:1.A transmission architecture is proposed for industrial wireless network accessing TSN,and security objectives and requirements are analyzed in this framework.2.According to security requirements of different industrial data,the security policies in industrial wireless networks are divided into four different security levels.Each level includes authentication mechanism and encryption/verification mechanism with different security intensity to differentiate the security processing of data and provide a basis for subsequent scheduling schemes3.To meet the real-time requirement of industrial data,a scheduling priority algorithm based on security policy level and transmission delay is proposed in combination with the IEEE 802.1Qbv standard of TSN.According to the algorithm,the gateway determines the scheduling priority and sets the Virtual Local Area Network(VLAN)label for data.TSN switchs schedule and reshape traffic according to data labels,so as to provid stable and efficient transmission guarantee for high priority data to meet the real-time and determinacy requirements.4.We have built an industrial wireless network accessing TSN experimental verification platform.The industrial wireless network base on WIA-PA wireless communication standard and the scheduling priority algorithm proposed in this thesis is implemented at gateway.After industrial wireless networks accessing TSN with different security strategies,the transmission delay and packet loss rate are tested respectively when using or not using scheduling mechanism that is proposed in the thesis.Then the test result is compared with Round-Robin(RR)scheduling algorithm.The result shows that the proposed scheduling method in the thesis has the best transmission performance and the increase in the number of field devices has less impact on scheduling performance.Finally,both transmission delay and packet loss rate are less than 50 ms and 1%,which effectively balances the security,real-time and certainty of data.
