With continuous development of wireless telecommunication and video encoding technology, the mobile Internet video business is flying toward faster and clearer direction. Moreover, the video business has massive data and real-time requirements. To help determining the direction of enhancing the quality of experience, and to facilitate the mapping and analysis of the underlying quality of service parameters, this research is mainly about subjective and objective evaluation of the quality of the user experience of mobile Internet video services.In this paper, the research is mainly focused on Mobile Internet video service, and solved the following four problems.First, existing subjective evaluation methods usually produce few results discretely but take much time. This article proposed a continuous index test method, greatly expanded the parameter range and shortened the test time. By subjective tests this method has been proved better reflecting user perception with rich data and analytical results.Second, the existing video sample databases are most for common video encoding compression formats and the IP network transmission environment with hybrid index designing, which is difficult to adapt to the environment of the mobile Internet and handheld terminal applications. This article proposed an individual-indicator QoE model and the related sample database method. They are proved effective by subjective assessment experiment which is proposed earlier. Third, although the objective no-reference assessment algorithms have a more mature development system, the classification is very complex, and they are difficult to be applied directly to the mobile Internet video services. This article analyses blur and blockiness, two main spatial domain indexes, of which six no-reference algorithms are researched and simulated. They are derived from the complexity and effects for mobile Internet video service quality evaluation experiments adaptability.Fourth, the video quality of the time domain evaluation mostly focused on full reference algorithms with few indicators. This article proposed a no-reference evaluation algorithm for the video time domain of Mobile Internet terminal side, including time domain index system for mobile Internet video service and sports-related algorithm index with experimental data to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.Overall, this article proposed and perfected the four main sections of the subjective and objective evaluation system for Mobile Internet video services, and with each of the experimental data to verify the adaptability of the entire system, which is also reference design for subjective and objective evaluation systems in similar fields.
