With the rapid development of science and technology,the level of criminalization concealment,informatization and intelligence is getting higher and higher,and the difficulty of public security organs in emergency response,prevention and daily social management is increasing.In order to actively respond to the current situation of social security development,designing and developing a set of intelligent video surveillance systems that make full use of the current advanced technology is an effective way to solve the problem of social security control.The research on design and development of an intelligent video surveillance system which combines augmented reality rendering technology has been conducted in this thesis.And the main user group of the system is the public security police.The functional requirements of the system based on users' special demands have been firstly analyzed in this thesis.And the whole software system is divided into two parts: client and server.The client includes dedicated program,web application and mobile APP.The monitoring video data collected in the monitoring system is uploaded to the video storage center for storage and distribution.The data combined with the basic information stored in the database and the result of image recognition in server.Then the client performs the augmented reality display.The web application mainly performs various management in system security control while associates with the client.The mobile terminal allows users to access basic information such as surrounding monitoring equipment and buildings at any time.In this system,the login,playback and switching of video source,augmented reality label,picture-in-picture,interactive 3D and real-time video analysis functions in the client application are mainly designed and implemented,the web application includes the functions of map service,call client,user management,authority management,police situation management,label management and log management;the mobile application implements multiple functions such as login,device layer display,device information query and augmented reality functions.These functions work together to build a complete augmented reality intelligent video surveillance software system.According to the connection between those functions,the system is divided into five modules: PC-side augmented reality,mobile augmented reality,real-time video analysis,map service and system control.In this system,a client/server architecture is employed.Considering the storage efficiency and response speed of surveillance video,the distributed storage has been used in the video storage center of the system to avoid the case that the server cannot be timely in a high concurrent state.From the perspective of data security,a combination of MySQL,Oracle and Redis has been conducted in the database of this system to ensure the security and efficiency of data operations.The real-time monitoring ability of urban video surveillance system can be enhanced by the research performed in this thesis,which facilitates the identification of criminals and assists the police to extract useful information from video.Therefore,the topic in this thesis has high research value and practical significance.
