With the development of sensor networking technology, modern warfare radar effective networking has caused widespread concern in the world. The superiority of singal radar can be greatly improved by radar networking system, and the overall performance of the system can also be improved greatly. But when the radar and measured target are submerged in a variety of complex electromagnetic interference environment, the efficiency of the radar networking has been greatly reduced, so the problem of how to ensured the optimal deployment scenarios of radar networking in complex electromagnetic interference environment must be solved.Firstly, the theory of complex electromagnetic environment submerged the radar was systematically analyzed. Then the composition of the complex electromagnetic environment was discussed. The model of the interference signal among complex electromagnetic environment were studied, including radio frequency interference signal, FM interference signal, AM interference signal, phase modulation interference signals and radar echo interference signal. At the same time, the mathematical modeling of various interference signals were made, aiming to build a mathematical model of the complex electromagnetic environment.Secondly, the common optimization algorithms were studied, including ant colony algorithm, particle swarm optimization and genetic algorithms. The work thoery of various algorithms were analyzed comparatively. The advantages and disadvantages of each algorithm were summarized. Facing to the characteristics of the deployment issues for radar networking in this paper, particle swarm optimization was adopted to build the objective function and fitness function of the radar networking. The optimal solution of radar networking in complex electromagnetic interference environment was obtained, covering the largest area of the entire radar networking system and being lower influenced by the electromagnetic interference.Finally, radar network optimal deployment system was built by the VB.NET, in which complex electromagnetic environment was simulated, while the various optimization algorithms were used. It is shown by the research results that the complex electromagnetic environment is simulated in the system. Optimal deployment scenarios can be made by various algorithms in a variety of complex electromagnetic environment of radar networking.The characteristics of this paper was to build a analog system of radar networking, in the system optimal deployment of radar network in complicated electromagnetic environment was ensured, just as in the practical combat environment. The modeling the electromagnetic environment in the combat environment is also made in the system, a variety of optimization algorithms were used to determine the optimal deployment scenarios in complex electromagnetic environment of radar network. The optimal deployment of radar network program was determined in different electromagnetic environment with different optimization algorithms, which provides the policy basis to optimal deployment in the actual battlefield radar networking system. It is shown in the results that the optimal deployment of radar networking programs in a variety of complex electromagnetic environment were determined by the particle swarm algorithm, the impact of complex electromagnetic environment of the radar network system was greatly reduced, thereby the entire radar network system communication efficiency was ensured.
