Third Party Logistics LTL Distribution System Design And Implementation

With development of the logistics industry, third party logistics is an important form of specialization. All kinds of Logistics Department have put loads of information equipments into their daily business, and the scale of resource data has reached the level-TB. The manual management is far away from real needs, since the third party logistics makes its way rapidly these years, as well as the informationization can’t be applied widely in the field of third party logistics at present in China. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a distribution management system of third party logistics. In this paper, the project a software company is responsible for is taken as an example, it will design and put LTL distribution system of third party logistics into the real process of bearing.In this paper, it firstly states the newly development of third party logistics, then analysizes its actual business requirement of LTL distribution. Combined with theories and technologies of third party logistics, a structure design and a function module design are made for LTL distribution system of third party logistics. Therefore, here a solution is given to better the vehicle distribution route, which is based on the genetic algorithm for solving TSP problems. At the same time, using J2EE technology and SQL Server technology, LTL distribution database system has been designed which is taken into the operation, so does the function design of business process. And its test results show the validity of the system.
