Considering the situation above, combined with the resources of Sichuan mobile phone users and synergy through the powerful12580multimedia call center, playing the advantages of mobile two-dimensional code and mobile payment platform, the Third People’s Hospital of Chengdu has achieved the construction of its information system. One of the important usages of the system is realize phone reservation information registered function.System development is based on B/S structure, using ASP.NET and the latest SQL Server2008database technology, Dream Weaver and other tools to design dynamic web pages used by professional artists. We use modular structure in design and distributed architecture in implementation, in order to make the system have a good scalability to accommodate future business development. This paper covers the valuable experience during development work, and makes a detail analysis about the soft ware and hardware solution of the system. Especially, we can understand the realization of crucial procedure like business processing and role management。Our system can help the hospital meet the majority of patients with diverse medical needs, expanding the channels for medical services, giving a rational allocation of medical resources enhance the quality and efficiency of hospital services, reducing the operating costs of the hospital.Through the establishment and implementation of hospital outpatient appointment system, our system provides convenient and affordable choice for the majority of patients.
