Today with the continuous development of global informatization and economicglobalization and China’s entry into the ranks of the economic globalization, China’sreform of the financial system unceasingly thoroughs and the foreign Banks influx inChina. This situation not only brings in foreign advanced technology,meanwhile,alsobrings more intense competition to domestic financial enterprise.In order to improvetheir own core competitive ability and adaptation,The banks are continuously explorethe effective ways to improve efficiency and organizational performance.Organization structure adjustment, human resource integration and organizationflattening management have become the mainstream of contemporary organizationalchanging trend. To a certain extent,structural adjustment measures can improveenterprise’s overall performance and benefit,but in the face of the growing talentcompetition situation,it is very necessary for the bank,an independent and nonprofitenterprise,to strengthen and perfect the worker’s performance management.Throughthe performance appraisal,The bank can continuous improve all aspects of bankperformance level,also the core competitive power,and constantly transcend rivals,promote the realization of the strategic target of the bank. In the information age,modern information technology have been integrated into the bank management at alllevels to meet the need of operating status flexibility, detailed degree and efficiency,the bank urgently need to establish a performance evaluation system to improve theperformance of the bank management level and business performance.This paper introduces the whole process of research and design of the bank staffperformance appraisal system,including performance appraisal theory research,performance evaluation indicator system model,the demand analysis of the system,the design of the whole system and the detailed design,this paper introduces the keytechnology and realization method of the system development.This systemdevelopment uses the development platform of J2EE,being based on B/S structureand JSP dynamic web page development technique,using the MySql database.Through the demand analysis and design,it realizes the user management,staffperformance assessment, assessment project management, assessment contentmanagement,data maintenance and related data query、statistics、analysis function.Finally,it discusses the future of this paper.
