Desing And Impiementation Of Interactive Platform Of Travel Information On Android Based On LBS

Nowadays, cell phone has become the indispensable tool in people’s daily life.After years’ of development, the technology of the third-generation mobilecommunication3G has been widely accepted. It brings higher data transfer rate to themobile terminal users. Along with the use of3G network and the development of thesmart phone which centers on user experience, the mobile terminal will not only bethe terminal of communication network, but also the terminal of Internet.The topic of this thesis is based on the design and development of travelinformation exchange platform of LBS on Android client. The platform uses the Javalanguage and C programming language, runs on a smart phone in Android systemwith GPS function. When the users go travel, tour or do other outdoor activities, theycan upload the information, thoughts, photos, videos and sounds through Androidclient in the form of report. And the system will marked out the users’ tracks andgeographic locations on the map and then it will generate a complete trip report inchronological order. Other users can make concern, comment and do real-timeinteraction with the user through the cell phone or WEB. The travel user can check thecurrent weather, road traffic, hotels and restaurants, and the travel information aroundand so on. This thesis mainly does research on the following six aspects: the UIdesign of travel information exchange platform on Android client, the integration andapplication of video compression technique on Android, the integration andapplication of travel information, the integration of the heterogeneous system, thecomputing, storage and transmission technology of data high-performance, theresearch and application of electronic map and positioning technology. With thecontinuous development of mobile communicating technology, the Internet can breakthe geographical constraints to achieve all-round coverage of the space by making useof a variety of mobile communication network. Thus it has the characteristic ofmobile. The moving users need the position information so that it is undoubtedly ofgreat value to do the development of information resource attached to the spatiallocation.
