In recent years, with the development of three-dimensional video, stereo videotechnology in the image and video field has become a focus for researchers. Stereovideo business brings audience unprecedented sense of shock and thrill. The hugemarket prospects make stereo video technology to achieve new breakthroughs. Due tothe huge amount data of stereo video, it is difficult to store and transmit the stereovideo and how to compress, transmit, decode the stereoscopic video and recover errorhas become one of the major research direction in stereo video technology.After having a good knowledge of compression, transmission, decoding of thestereo video,this paper have designed a system to solute the transmission and errorconcealment of the stereo video based on H.264standard.Efficient network transmission technology is one of the key technologies in3Dvideo applications. Due to the huge amount of three-dimensional video data, networkbandwidth constraints in the network business applications, and therefore need to putforward a more efficient transport system solutions. This paper has given a applicationlayer protocol designed for H.264video transmission and describe the the protocol indetails,including format, content, and the role of the every part.This paper analyzes the existing error concealment algorithm and proposes ajoint time-domain viewpoint prediction error concealment algorithm. Usingtime-domain error concealment motion vector, error concealment has a optimal errorconcealment effect. Finally, this paper has done experiments to demonstrate that theproposed algorithm can be greatly improved the quality of reconstructing image.
