| In our country, Cement production has ranked first in the world for more than 20 years. Cement production of China amounts to 1.868 billion tons in 2010 and increases 15.53% than the previous year, accounting for more than 50% of world total production. But the whole industry is large but not strong, it is mainly reflected in two aspects: firstly is the high energy consumption; secondly is the low bulk cement ratio. The cement production in Shandong Province has been ranked highest in our country, and equally faces above-mentioned problems.To develop bulk cement and promote containerization of the overall process in cement production, circulation and use is an important way to save resources, realize cleaner production, protect environment, and promote the comprehensive utilization of resources. Through scientific measuring and calculating, the economic benefit of every million tons bulk cement reach 352,500 yuan, save energy 92.83 tons convert into standard coal, reduce dust emission 39.5 tons, reduce carbon emission 353.42 tons. To develop bulk cement has remarkable economic, social and environmental benefits.This design will build a set of information processing system which" practical, reliable, advanced and efficient", and has the rapid completion gathering and processing of all types information, it will provide decision support for formulating Shandong bulk cement management and supervision program, provide information service and analysis means for each work of all levels of bulk cement management in Shandong Province, city and county.The main construction contents as follows:(1) E-government system:including the daily office, financial management, records management, personnel management; data acquisition, transmission, processing and storage in all levels of bulk cement management.(2) Information processing and decision support system:including collect the enterprise information of cement production, ready-mixed mortar, ready-mixed concrete, cement products, and the information of construction engineering, bulk cement network etc. It brings into "bulk cement management information" system in the form of Geographic Information System (GIS).(3) Bulk cement producing and using monitor system:mainly including the cement production quantity in cement enterprise, the cement usage amount in ready-mixed mortar production enterprise, ready-mixed concrete production enterprise, cement products enterprise etc, the monitor of the cement usage amount in construction project and cement sales volume in bulk cement network etc.Firstly, the design investigated and surveyed in each cities and counties, based on the extensive information, then combined with the requirements of bulk cement management in nation province,all levels city governments, according to province, city and county management method and management mode for system foundation, combined with computer and network technology, determined the system model.The design analyze the basic concept,characteristic and operating principle of the JSP, to general analyzed Java Bean and Servlet, and researched the fundamental technology about MVC pattern and Struts framework in order to realize MVC pattern, lastly selected the development way which JSP+Servlet+Java Bean model combine with Struts framework to development system. The database system selects SQL Server.Using relational data technology to design database conceptual model of Shandong province bulk cement management system, and using SQL Server 2000 to realize data pattern; detailed designing the main business process flow including rights management, construction project information management, report forms management, manufacturing enterprises management,bulk cement network management and information inquiry etc. |
