Research And Implementation Of Software Test Case Library Management System Based On SaaS

As an important part of software development, software testing has beenpaid more and more attentions. The testing purposed of ensuring the softwarequality gets more difficult with the increasing scale of softwaredevelopment and complexity. At the meanwhile, the idea of agile softwareprocess have been proposed and applied to actual software development,which makes the project cycle of software development shorter and thetesting cycle longer. How to improve the efficiency of software testinghas become an urgent problem. Strengthening the management testing isparticularly important in order to solve these problems. The test caselibrary and software testing process were analyzed in this paper. Thesoftware test case library management system based on SaaS has been designedand carried out on this basis. Its main features include: test projectmanagement, test plan management, test case management, and integratedquery, users of the system and role management. The test case library andsoftware testing process were analyzed in this paper, through a researchof the software test case library which based on Saas model, Depthunderstanding of the characteristics of SaaS application plat whichassociated with the use of test cases at the double angle of SaaS providerand user, sort out the test case specification, and ultimately develop andcomplete the management platform of test case library systems. This platform can provide the necessary guide function to the users, generatea separated and personalized test case library work space according to theuser s specific needs, but does not affect the use of the platform itselfand other users; it also keeps the privacy of their data. This paperultimately shows that a set of experimental software test case databasesystem of SaaS model is developed and it validates the process andconclusions of the study by the existing software test case library andthe case of public service platform from Guangdong Tops Soft-Park Co.,Ltd.,(Guangdong Software Testing Center) which the author works for.
