Formerly, the mobile servicestest is measured by the manual control, which is low efficient; so in order to discoverand process the network fault which is exist in system operation and replace thetraditional manual test mode, it has vital practical significance and the application valueto design a kind of highly effective and feasible automatic call test system.In order to replace the traditional manual test mode, this paper is to design a kindof highly effective and feasible automatic call testing system. First, this paper analyzedthe functions requirements of the automatic call testing system combined with practicaluse. Then it put forwarded the overall structure of the system, completed the detaileddesign of the management subsystem and the other subsystems, it has realized relatedfunctions of the automatic call testing system. Finally, it tested the part of the system. Itcan monitor the customer service quality and mobile business network quality throughthe contents of the legality of audit, analysis results show, statements of output, and itcan execute the mobile services test comprehensively and systematically.The system is a tool which offers the managers test results by warning them of theforms, it has realized various mobile services of all-weather daily call test work. It maymonitor the situation of the mobile services call test system in real time.
