Study On The Automatic Call Quality Test System Between The Telecommunication Networks

An automatic call quality test system is designed which is used in telecommunication networks in Hebei Province Interconnection Exchange monitoring system based on the various problems in the course of communication between the basic telecom operators of Hebei Province, as well as on the relevant technical standards of China’s Telecom Network Interconnection. Important practical value is indicated in the paper to improve interoperability between the telecommunications network performance testing system.First of all, the present situation and existing problems of the telecommunications network interoperability monitoring system are analyzed and the necessity of construction of an automated call quality test system is indicated. Then, the relevant technical specifications of telecommunications network of automated testing system are studied and seven major functions of automated call quality test system are raised. On this basis, the overall software and hardware implementation of automated call quality test system are studied and achieved. Finally, the realization of the automatic system for measuring is tested and the results are analyzed which show that the system has a design scheme proposed by the seven major functions and is able to judge the failure reasons of connecting and transmission quality of different networks telecommunications and achieves the basic design requirements.
