Implementation Of Layout Design Instruction Platform Based On Digital Media Technology

Layout design is an indispensable basic course in college education for artmajors. It also deserves the further study for professional designers. In this era ofknowledge explosion, with the evolvement of college students in their knowledgestructure, teaching standards and teaching methods are demanded to be better.Improvement and innovation of teaching methods and means are the issue ofeducational reform at the micro level. On one hand, this requires teachers to put moreattention to enhance teaching concept; on the other hand, it also requires teachers tomaster specific technical operation and implementation. Digital media technology hasbeen rapid developed and commonly used in all areas of life. It can be operated moreand more simply in exciting ways, especially in many mobile platforms. We can usethis technology in many fields like entertainment equipment, home appliances,automotive and military. However, the current use of this technology in the artteaching is not satisfactory, and its superior potentials are not excavated fully forteaching.Digital media technology should be used in the teaching platform reasonably incombining the educational concept, educational objectives and educational contenteffectively. With this modern tech, complex issues can be simplified, difficult contentcan be easily understood and accepted, and boring learning will be exciting activity.This paper studies the application of multimedia technology of layout design inthe teaching platform. Compared with previous teaching platforms, it is characterizedby more diversity, large capacity, vividness, intuitiveness, personalization, andinteraction. It can solve common problems in current teaching platform, namely, howto understand some abstract problem, how to express complex issues intuitively the,how to perform the boring basic elements in an interesting way. Additionally, in thelatter developing stage of this platform, small platforms with curriculum knowledgefor students practice will be developed to ensure the quality of teaching.The paper focuses on the following points of layout design and implementationin teaching platform: the simple operation, opening title sequence, the grid layoutmethod, text layout, different layout for same elements.The layout design course itself is closely integrated with computer technology,and final realization also relies heavily on computer technology and digital technology.The expression of design concept, course learning and the practice training areinseparable from the splendid and intuitive audio-visual presentation. Therefore, theultimate purpose of this thesis is to solve the real problems in art teaching by means oflayout design platform and digital media technology instead of a garish decoration. Itis of great significance to introduce the digital media technology platform into artteaching, which can enrich the forms of teaching, and to facilitate the improvementand development of the teaching platform. Through the continuous efforts, somesolutions will be worked out to help improving teaching quality and effect.
