The wireless binding machine is a new-type, environmental, highly automatic book bindingequipment which contains opto-mechatronics technology. In order to effectively improve bindingefficiency and binding quality, the paper aims to study a new wireless binding machine controlsystem.On the basis of detailed analysis of demand for wireless binding machine control system, thecontrol system is divided into four modules, including human-computer interaction, processcontrol, temperature control and strip detection, using ARM and FPGA integrated design of theprogram to determine the peripheral circuits and sensors, design hardware and software of eachmodule.The paper designs the ARM control board taking STM32F103ZET6based on Cortex-M3core as the main controller, using the rich internal resources of the master chip, design theindividual module drive circuit, including temperature control circuit, sensor detection circuit,strip detection circuit and relay control circuit.Design the constant current subdivision drivesystem based on FPGA, choose L298N as drive chip, compare with the reference voltageproduced by the DAC, after the winding current is converted to voltage. According to thefeedback of the results of the comparison, FPGA control the stepper motor with the constantcurrent subdivision drive system.The main controller uses μC/OS II real-time operating system, and develops softwareapplications based on completed porting, including communication task program, temperaturecontrol subroutine and stripe detection subroutine. FPGA designs parallel port transceiver,decoder configuration, frequency generator, start and stop control, address generator, pulsedistributor and PWM generator, according to the received data, and select the S curve as steppermotor acceleration curve.To solve the problem about large inertia and easy lag of the binding temperature of thewireless binding machine, using parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control algorithm to control thebinding temperature. With a lot of debugging, finally complete the control system of the wirelessbinding machine.
