Industrial CT technology is a very effective non-destructive testing technology,which is a means of support for many modern large-scale engineering and advancedtechnology has been widely used in China’s aerospace and large machinery productionareas. Industrial CT machine is a highly sophisticated set of optical, mechanical,electronic technology as one of high-tech products, high control precision, using amathematical model to analyze its control process and optimize the control effect is aneffective research tool. So the analysis model of the industrial CT servo system, has animportant significance to improve the accuracy of the system. This article is based servosystem model and its control method, for industrial CT position control inhigh-precision performance requirements, Optimized Design and Research.The comparative study of a typical second-generation industrial CT, the threegenerations of motion characteristics of industrial CT is the most common loadcharacteristics as well as industrial CT system typical composition. Analysis of a givendrive signal accuracy factors, comparative study of the common industrial the CTposition control signal model. Study the affect of the servo-drive parameters to themodel, analysis the three-ring structure of the servo system, and all aspects of theestablishment of a mathematical model. Finally, consider about the load of industrial CT,Complete the entire mathematical model of the system. In analysis on the basis of theaccuracy of position control of the impact of industrial CT factors, Comparative studyof the effect does not rely on the servo system mathematical model and the use ofmathematical model for the control of the servo system of the industrial CT; in commonengineering PID control method based on the use of the to optimize the model reliesless intelligent control algorithm, compared to the use of mathematical models thefeed-forward composite control, breaking the limitations of intelligent control algorithm.And control for industrial CT is at large errors in the process of acceleration anddeceleration, improved feed-forward control algorithm to further improve the controlaccuracy.Finally, experimental platform to build for the core of the device to the PLC, motor,servo drives and by means of Matlab/Simulink platform designed the industrial CTservo system simulation experiment to test the effectiveness of the algorithm.
