This top is proposed for two-shaft servo-control turntable which is used in a missile-launcher system. In this paper, it is mainly designed and researched for the tracking-control system of the two-shaft turntable. Tracking system is also named for servo-control system. On account of the disturbance, which comes from the reduction of missiles and the resistance of wind, the load is variable. So the design of servo-control system becomes more difficult. Two-shaft turntable consists of pitch and yaw servo-control systems. In this paper, yaw servo-control system is mainly designed and researched.Firstly, the total scheme of servo-control system is designed. The principle of servo-control system and the performance specification are summarized. And the load of yaw motor is analyzed. Then important components are chosen and the hardware of servo-controller is designed.Secondly, the servo-control system is designed in detail, with general method. The model the yaw motor and its load is simulated, and the servo-control system's current-controller, speed-controller and position-controller are designed. Simulation of the design is made whether the disturbance is occurring or not. Then the conclusion is made.In order to acquire high performance of turntable in condition of time-variety load, ADRC (Active disturbance rejection controller) is applied creatively in servo-control system. According the variety of load and disturbance, the speed-controller is designed by ADRC. But the current-controller and position-controller isn't changed. Then simulation is made as same as the former. Conclusion is made in comparison with the general servo-control system.The study indicates that the servo-control system using ADRC have better performance and better anti-disturbance capability than the general servo-control system. That is said, ADRC is effective method to achieve high performance of servo-control system with time-variety load.
