The Design And Implementation For Longkuang Materials Centralized Management System Based On B/S Structure

Materials centralized management system is important for the management inenterprise group. It can effectively reduce the cost of material purchasing, stockingand transporting, as well as reduce inventory overstocking problem and improve theeffectiveness of material usage. All the material information of the enterprise groupcan be easily monitored by this system, which is vitally important for improving themanagement level and competing capability of the enterprise group.This paper describes the implementation of LongKuang group materialcentralized management information system. Based on the actual situation andrequirements, it describes in detail from the necessity and feasibility of this system, tothe enterprise reorganization, system analysis, system architecture andimplementation, adopting the popular information management technology. All thedesign and implementation process are given in this paper.LongKuang group centralized material management system is a three-layersystem based on B/S structure. It has data service layer, application service layer andthe user interface layer, and it can be used on both Unix and Windows server system.It is developed using Java and.Net developing tool, using Oracle as its database. Themodules of this system include: basic data management, material requirementmanagement, purchase management, competitive bidding management, contractmanagement, order management, stock management, material renting management,transporting management, fund management, data query and process approval. Thissystem has been implemented and is currently put into operation with good effect. Ithelps the enterprise group purchasing, centralized stocking and centralizedtransporting to realize it goal–centralized.
