Domestic and international petroleum and petrochemical companies haveinvested a great deal of energy to the information technology of oil extractionbusiness management. Through the digital production management business, it canimprove business efficiency and reduce production costs. It’s the specific performanceof information technology and industrialization. Downhole equipment is a largeconsumption of oil field production costs. Creating the digital management system ofthe downhole equipment can help reduce the costs of oil field production, ensure thewell long-term, stable and efficient production, and optimize production managementof the oil field business.This system is based on computer-aided management as a basic means to create aunified, efficient underground equipment management system as the goal. Basispoints for the three data in the design of products, vendors, users, and use ofwarehouse, implementation units operating the well axis, quality, cost effectivenessanalysis as applied bright spot, to achieve a precise query, edit, analyze, automaticallygenerate detailed reports and comprehensive reflection of inventory information, tomake a single well of the year the number of jobs, with materials, fees, etc. at a glance,the use of the whereabouts of the pumping system supplies more details of downholeequipment for later and order to provide decision support. It’s an undergroundequipment management platform with complete process and rich feature.This system in practical applications have solved the traditional managementdeficiencies and reduced the cumbersome management aspects of downholeequipment and product retrieval messy problems. It reduced unnecessary consumptioncosts; especially adding the downhole equipment costing, quality feedback and theauxiliary module of results analysis, they enhanced the initiative of the managementof underground equipment, optimized the management of the business of oilproduction and assisted the production of the main industries.
