Pascal filter is a newly merged all pole filter approximated using Pascalpolynomial, it has the advantages of both Butterworth and Chebyshev filters. In thisthesis, the design method for full integrated Pascal filter is given. Resistive doublyterminated LC filters have low sensitivities, so Pascal LC low-pass filter is used as aprototype, then the signal flow graph is employed to convert the LC prototype to fullintegrated filter embedded with full differential operational amplifiers. The synthesisof Pascal filter is introduced and the enhancement of the dynamic range is presented.A5th order Pascal full integrated low-pass filter design, a5th order Pascal fullintegrated high-pass filter design, a6th order Pascal full integrated band-pass filterdesign and a6th order Pascal full integrated band-stop filter design are taken asexamples, the whole processes of them are given. The simulated results of them verifythe correctness of the proposed design method.The innovative points of this thesis include:1. The full integrated filter design method using normalized resistive doublyterminated Pascal passive filter as a prototype is studied systematically;2. To denormalize the designed filter, the calculation method of frequencyscaling factor is proposed. This is mainly due to the frequency scaling factor cannotbe evaluated explicitly for Pascal filter;3. Taking the Pascal passive band-stop filter as the prototype, the design methodof fully integrated Pascal band-stop filter is put forward, and the design example andsimulation results are given.
