With the rapid development of the digital technique, the design of the fully integrated active analog filter has been paid great attention in microelectronics, circuits and systems. Although the research of the fully integrated active analog filter has made great progress and has obtained brilliant achievements, it still faces many problems and difficulties to be overcome in the realization. No paper has been published for the design of low sensitivity highpass and bandpass integrated filters. In the dissertation, the research of fully integrated active analog filter is the main topic, and many research results have been acquired.The innovative points of this thesis include:1. Optimum explicit formulas for Buterworth and Chebyshev filter design are derived. The simulation results show that significant reduction of the filter passband ripple in the optimized filter is achieved.2. The fully integrated differential input differential output operational amplifier has been designed, the transistor-level design layout is realized, and passed the test of layout versus schematic and design rule check. Embedded into the designed integrated analog filters, its performance has been further verified.3. Based on signal flow graph method, the fully integrated lowpass filter has been realized by using inversed-phase integrator and the fully differential operational amplifier. A 6th order Butterworth low-pass filter is used as an example.4. Through using the optimum explicit formula derived in chapter 2, the design method for fully integrated all pole high-pass filter has been given by using the fully differential operational amplifier. A 5th order integrated highpass design example is illustrated.5. From the passive LC ladder bandpass filter circuit, the design method for fully integrated all pole bandpass filter has been proposed. A 6th order Chebyshev bandpass integrated example is presented.By using the design methods suggested in the desertation, the filter design problems appeared in system on chip can be solved.
