Design And Implementation Of Quality Of Medical Supplies Traceability System

With the application of automatic identification technology in the medical deviceindustry, It makes data collection easier and becomes convenient to collect andorganizate the data of medical supplies in the whole life cycle, thus it is possible to tracethe quality problem zof medical supplies.The realization of quality traceability in medical supplies, it not only can protectthe rights and interests of consumers, but also can prevent counterfeit products and thebehaviors that repeated use of medical equipment with high risk. At the same time, itcan discovery the key quality problem of medical supplies in time, and improve orprevent the similar quality problem. However, the miscommunication among production,sell, use and supervision of medical equipment leads to the difficulty and high cost oftracing, when a product has quality security problem, how to trace the source quicklyand accurately, and find out the whereabouts of all products in same group become veryimportant. This paper will do the following work:First of all, in order to solve the problem of collecting long information data thatexist in medical supplies, this paper uses automatic recognition technology to collectdata, it can meet the demand of quality traceability system for medical supplies. On thebasis of introduction the data collection of related enterprises, using Servicestechnology to realize the information interaction, and achieve information datatransmission among information management system, so as to provide basic data formedical supplies quality traceability. Then this paper analyzed features of supply chainin the whole life cycle, and establish the information model and service model ofmedical supplies quality traceability from quality traceability requirement.Secondly, as for the key point of medical supplies quality traceability—the sourceof problems, this paper adopts the quality rule base to diagnose it，the following threeaspects are introduced: the source of design rules, rule representation and theestablishment of rule base and the diagnosis of quality problems. And according toestablish the knowledge base by object-oriented，it can trace the quality problem ofmedical supplies.Thirdly, this paper analyzed and designed medical supplies quality traceabilitysystem, included the Software Architecture，main function of the system, businessprocess, interface，the database and so on.Finally, this paper described the system’s key business component in view ofimplementation and application of medical supplies quality traceability system, showed key operating interface, and achieved quality traceability of medicalsupplies.this paper verified the presented quality traceability model and quality rulebase through the actual operation of the system test.
