In recent years,SoftSwitch is the rapid development of new communicationtechnologies, through the traditional exchange of parts of the equipment, it is divided intothe call control and media processing, so that both can process by software using thestandard protocols. Its high flexibility, openness, programmability, and support for multipleprotocol features, widely used in various fields. In military communications, combined withthe military emergency communications support task, multi-service integration, highreliability, and survivability of communication is very important.This topic relies on the basis of our army’s existing communications networks,equipment, technology, combined with civilian advanced communications technology, theresearch of communication support for our military responsible for rescue and relief type oftask, is the prepare technical research and experiments for a large wide rescue classcommunication support system.First,this paper studies of SoftSwitch technology and development status at home andabroad, outlined existing problems in military communication networks, specific studies ofSoftSwitch, SIP protocol, database-related, and other technologies.Secondly, on the basis of study of curren civilian SoftSwith and database technology,analysis of the needs and features of the communication support system application in thearmy’s disaster relief task, combination of existing military business network, make theSoftSwitch system architecture base on SIP, the architecture has a guiding significance forbuilding a military emergency communication system in the future.At the same time, for issues such as database storage, on the basis of SoftSwitchsystem architecture, SoftSwitch system architecture based on double data center has putforward creatively, it enable to improve the performance of the system in the database.Finally, based on our military current communications in emergency situations such asrescue and relief support demand, SoftSwitch system base on SIP with high availability hasset up, the system mainly be used for the communications of all kinds of military users after they access the new military service network, with service diversity, high reliability andsurvivability features. The system by design of SoftSwith system and double data center,combined with load-balancing of application service and the database, on the basis of thehigh reliability and survivability,implement high performance communications, and meetthe requirements of the emerging business of the military security of the networkcommunication system. In this paper, the system focus on the high reliability of voicecommunications services for military, by voice services in the SoftSwith system, provided aguarantee for the expansion of the military non-voice services, Meet the needs ofintegration of current military communications services in the emerging military network.
