Since1990s, with the rapid development of information technology, CAI began to enter into the net education. With the advocacy and support of the government, and the development of the “permanent education” concept, Chinese online education is developing rapidly. Apart from distance education, many colleges have also established various net teaching platforms as auxiliary teaching method. The characteristics of Net platform, such as openness, sharing, interaction, collaboration and autonomy, supplement the shortages of the traditional teaching. But in many current net teaching platforms, there is an absence or a monotony of exchange. Most often it serves as a platform to show courseware. The subjectivity of the students is ignored. These reasons result in the low utilization rate, the barely satisfactory effect, and the inadequate cooperative learning of students.This paper makes a research and an analysis on the current net teaching platform and its application and also does the demand analysis and the feasibility analysis of a net interactive teaching platform which bases on wiki technology. This platform has its unique advantage. It can reflect the students’mutual learning, besides exerting the teachers’leading role. And these processes can be recorded to reflect students’ cognitive process of knowledge, which is in accord with the constructivist learning theory.In the third chapter, the paper introduces the technology to implement the system, and analyses the advantages of the B/S system structure mode, MVC design mode and object-oriented technology, makes a choice in developing the system in WAMP (Windows+Apache+MySQL+PHP) framework. The fourth chapter presents the design of the system. In this chapter, paper proposes five design principles, and makes the purpose of design clear. It also study the logic structure, physical structure and general structure of the system, and analyze the database design of HDWiki system. The fifth chapter presents the implementation process of the system. Base on the HDWiki system, this paper implements the real-name register function, analysis and analyze how to create and edit articles, and administration of the system. The sixth chapter, tests the teaching platform, and uploads to the server.In the end, the paper summarizes this system and points out the deficiency for further research and development.
