Design And Implementation Of 77,263 Military Personnel Management Information System And Evaluation Of The Overall Quality Of Cadres

With the development of military information system construction, the problem of officer management in our army, including officer information deficiency, rough method of information management, officer archives management in a mess, opaque work of officer management and the deficiency of science theory about officer promotion and relieving, is unsuitable for the development of military.We study the officer information management system based on ASP.net, aiming at resolving the problem of officer management in My department and constructing an agile open efficient management pattern which can manage and store officer information. The pattern can handle regular transactions of officer archives management, provide aiding decision advice for officer department and leader at the time of officer promotion and enhance the communication of officer department and officers. We also study and investigate the function and the related important technology in the system. The major contents in our research include web developing technology based on ASP.NET, aiding decision technology and security and protection technology.The system employs three-level architecture based on ASP.Net. We divide the system into five parts:user login and register management, role management, officer information management,officer archives management and officer evaluation management. We choose the object oriented and easy expanding asp.net environment and sql server 2005 database system to implement our system.
